About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our dedicated team in the Steel Detailing team.

What you'll do

  • Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Support the planning and implementation of operational procedures, processes, and policies
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of project teams and staff
  • Assist in reviewing staffing requirements and allocating available resources to different phases of new steel projects
  • Monitor project progress, workflow, manpower utilization, and team productivity
