About the role

This is not a coordination-only role. This is active site execution leadership. We are looking for a highly proactive Assistant Project Manager who can support and drive execution of a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa, with complete ownership, urgency, and accountability.

What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end project execution from excavation to final handover
  • Ensure site activities are executed as per approved timelines
  • Coordinate daily execution activities and maintain workflow continuity
  • Assist in preparation of BOQ, schedules, and planning documentation within 30 days from the Date of Joining
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams on a daily basis
