About the role

The Direct Digital Sales & Relationship Management team is responsible for driving customer acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation through digital and direct sales channels. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer portfolios, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count
• Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model
• Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc
• Maintaining the desired persistency ratio
• Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
