GBS Finance Manager

About the role

Kondapur Main Road, Venkat Enclave, Whitefields, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084, India Lead the financial management and governance of the GBS India site, covering planning, reporting, accounting, compliance, cash management, cost allocation and intercompany recharges. Partner with site and global leaders to improve transparency, cost efficiency and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Financial planning and performance
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, incorporating workforce, inflation and investment assumptions
• Monitor actual performance against budget, forecast and business cases, including headcount and salary costs
• Provide variance analysis, dashboards and actionable recommendations to improve cost, productivity and service performance
• Challenge assumptions and identify financial risks and opportunities
