About the Role The person should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to communicate with the internal & external team and comprehend client’s requirement from the written communication. Would require experience in Sales compensation/Commissions. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions and incentives for an international team of direct and indirect salespeople.

What you'll do

• In This Role, You Will: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions and incentives for an international team of direct and indirect salespeople
• Maintain accurate quotas and rates for the Sales compensation plans
• Manage plan exception requests and escalate as required
• Conduct regular reviews of commission data to ensure accuracy
• Close coordination with sales managers to establish and maintain proper quality controls
