Assistant Vice President-CSFD-Legal-Mumbai - Lower Parel-M4-M6 at Tata Capital. Monitor and manage litigations and take them to logical conclusions.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and manage litigations and take them to logical conclusions
  • Handling of drafting of all pleading including drafting of suits, petitions, writ petitions and appeals
  • Issue notices and replies as per the requirement of the business
  • Drafting and vetting of documents
  • Handling of litigations under arbitration , SARFAESI , IBC, Criminal proceedings , 138 proceedings , DRT, etc. arising out the course of business of the Company
