Assistant Vice President, Order to Cash

About the role

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Order to Cash! In this role the incumbent should possess deep domain expertise in end-to-end OTC processes with a proven track record of managing high-volume collections and driving process efficiencies since this is a critical global role with a strong emphasis on OTC operations particularly in Collections.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
• Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations GPO Digital team Transformation team Transitions team HR recruitment etc
• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify understand and intensify performance gaps and/ or performance breakthroughs
• Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps
• Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
