• Assist in convening Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, various committee meetings, Annual General Meetings, etc and preparation of Notice
• Filings with MCA, Disclosure requirements with Exchange, Trustees, Website
• Drafting, review and compliance with various policies
• Board, committees and group company compliances To handle issue for equity shares, including public offerings
• Employees Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and its implementation
