Assitant Manager Legal Compliance and Secreterial

About the role

The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks and always work towards protecting business interest. Commercial and legal opinions and recommend measures to mitigate.

What you'll do

• Managing government authorities, negotiation with the clients & customers
• Updating Policies and Procedures. Advise legal requirements to staff
• Review laws, amendments and support Management with external statutory bodies, auditors, legal counsel/law
• Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department
• Handle all corporate and secretarial compliances for the corporate entity, including all filings with regulatory and government bodies

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• FEMA
• Contract drafting
• Labour law
• Negotiation
• Regulatory affairs
• Company Secretary or LLB
