What you'll do

• Monitor and control R&D spending, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
• Track and analyze personnel, laboratory, testing, research contract, and development costs to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Support financial governance of R&D, innovation, capital, and technology projects through budget monitoring and forecasting
• Prepare project financial analyses, assess risks and opportunities, and support project managers in financial planning and performance tracking
• Develop business cases and perform financial evaluations, including ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• Accounting
• Variance analysis
• Financial reporting

• B.Com or BBA or CMA or CFA or MBA
