What you'll do

• Support the end-to-end proposal process, including preparing, formatting, and coordinating proposals to ensure timely and high-quality submissions
• Assist with client onboarding activities, including gathering required documentation and supporting compliance checks in line with firm procedures
• Prepare and maintain client take-on and engagement completion checklists, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engagement teams, risk, and compliance) to track progress and ensure all onboarding and engagement requirements are met
• Maintain organized records of proposals and engagement documentation for audit and reference purposes

What you need
