About the role

The role involves delivering strategic real estate advisory assignments across asset classes .The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.

What you'll do

• Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and development appraisals
• Perform Highest & Best Use (HBU), demand-supply analysis, pricing studies, and market research
• Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis)
• Evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities
• Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
