What you'll do
- Analyse notices and orders, prepare chronologies and identify legal and procedural issues
- Research relevant provisions, notifications, circulars and judgments for the applicable period
- Draft replies, grounds of appeal, written submissions and supporting applications under supervision
- Prepare indexed evidence, hearing briefs and authorities; coordinate with external counsel
- Calculate and monitor litigation deadlines, obtaining independent verification by the Principal or another
What you need
