About the role

Team Member - Land at Aditya Birla Group. Land Identification & Acquisition - Porbandar, Gujarat.

What you'll do

  • Land Identification & Acquisition - Porbandar, Gujarat
  • Lead end-to-end land acquisition activities for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and BESS projects across Karnataka
  • Identify suitable land parcels based on project requirements, transmission connectivity, resource availability, and commercial feasibility
  • Develop land banks to support the organization's future renewable energy pipeline
  • Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and facilitate execution of lease deeds, sale deeds, and other land agreements
