About the role

This position is for HERO Org, the team is seeking a delivery-oriented Associate with 6 Months+ experience to join our Team. This role will focus on Loops Scheduling and other recruiting related back-end activities. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HERO organization. HERO Org supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with Scheduling activities and recruiting coordination, globally.

What you'll do

Handle high volume transactions of scheduling in nature and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures
Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects
. Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
Address customers’ queries in a timely manner
Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements
