About the role

A telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound queries to generate leads, promote products, or assist customers. They play a vital role in connecting a company with its target audience to build relationships and drive sales

What you'll do

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using pre-defined scripts or databases
  • Lead Tracking: Document and update customer details, feedback, and interaction history in the company's CRM system
  • Follow-Ups: Call potential or existing customers to schedule appointments, nurture leads, and close sales
  • Google Maps requires functional cookies to be enabled
