About the role

To manage all administrative functions of the plant, including infrastructure, security, statutory compliance, contractor and contract labour management, time-office operations, and employee welfare, ensuring smooth plant operations in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

What you'll do

• Contractor onboarding, verification of licenses, PF/ESI codes, and statutory compliance
• Maintain muster rolls, wage registers, and ensure timely payment of wages as per Minimum Wages Act
• Monitor PF/ESI contributions and ensure 100% coverage for contract workers
• Conduct regular audits of contractor compliance (wages, safety, documentation)
• Liaise with contractors for manpower planning and deployment as per production requirements
