About the role

We are looking for an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities at our Roorkee plant. The role will involve handling employee lifecycle processes, attendance and payroll coordination, HR documentation, compliance support, employee engagement, and coordination with plant operations and manpower vendors.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day HR operations for plant employees and associates
• Handle joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
