About the role

What you'll do

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives
• Analyze consumer, category, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and business insights
• Conduct consumer research and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations
• Drive product launches, innovation projects, and go-to-market plans
• Monitor brand health metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI
