About the role

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Specialist to manage customer relationship management and retention marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing customer engagement campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels to improve customer retention, drive repeat purchases, and enhance overall customer lifetime value (LTV).

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and manage CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, push notifications and other relevant communication channels
• Develop and implement customer retention and engagement strategies to drive repeat purchases and improve customer lifetime value
• Create customer segments based on user behaviour, purchase history, engagement patterns, and other relevant parameters
• Build and manage automated customer journeys, including onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and retention campaigns
• Work on personalized communication strategies to improve customer engagement and conversions

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
