About the role

As a Student Experience & Operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive student journey through effective communication, grievance resolution, and operational support. You will work closely with students and internal stakeholders to identify challenges, improve processes, and drive initiatives that enhance student experience.

What you'll do

• Manage student experience through effective calling and communication
• Collect relevant student documents for compliance purposes
• Analyze student feedback to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams for process enhancement through strong stakeholder management
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency at the corporate level

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Any graduate
