Associate - Client Experience in Chattarpur – Freshers

About the role

You will engage with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with our services. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the client relationship department by assisting in various tasks that contribute to client satisfaction. Your strong communication skills and proactive approach will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
