About the role

As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction within the logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication to foster positive relationships.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
  • Managing the payable for the allocated clients
  • Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
  • Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
  • Monitoring day to day operations
