Associate - Client Experience in Hyderabad – Freshers

About the role

As a Client Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences by providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth communication process between clients and our operations team.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
