Associate - Client Experience in Jabalpur – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience. We are looking for recent graduates from any field who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
