Associate - Client Experience in Trivandrum – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your communication skills will be key in providing exceptional service and addressing any client inquiries. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow within the logistics sector.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
