About the role

Company Secretaries should ensure the compliance of the Company and Board of Director is met with day-to-day operation under various laws and regulation. We take pride in our industry-leading services and are committed to helping our clients stay compliant with national and international legislation.

What you'll do

Work schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Interact with different clients
Assisting in implementing various legal and corporate action
Ensuring that the client company complies with standard legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance
Drafting of agreements for takeover, franchisee, and business restructuring

What you need

2–5 yrs of experience
