About the role

Review patient medical records and code/validate the ICD-10 CM codes based on official coding guidelines, coding clinics, client specific coding guidelines, CMS and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates., Coders perform abstraction for the following projects including but not limited to Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid.

What you'll do

• Review patient medical records and code/validate the ICD-10 CM codes based on official coding guidelines, coding clinics, client specific coding guidelines
• Maintain minimum quality standards of 95% accuracy or higher
• Maintain productivity standards based on project requirements
