Associate Company Secretary

About the role

Assist the Company Secretary in overseeing and ensuring secretarial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in India, Singapore and other jurisdictions. Prepare and file documents required by regulatory authorities, Internal teams including annual returns, resolutions, RBI flings and other statutory filings.

What you'll do

• Assist the Company Secretary in overseeing and ensuring secretarial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in India, Singapore and other jurisdictions
• Prepare and file documents required by regulatory authorities, Internal teams including annual returns, resolutions, RBI flings and other statutory filings
• Maintain and update corporate records, including registers, minute books, and other statutory documents
• Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings of the board of directors, shareholders, and committees, including scheduling, preparing materials
• Monitor changes in corporate governance regulations and practices in relevant jurisdictions

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
