Associate Counsellor

About the role

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and educational opportunities. Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fees. Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and messages. Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.

What you'll do

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and messages
• Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process
• Maintain student records, inquiry details, and follow-up reports

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Any graduate

What you get
