Associate - Digital Product Management

About the role

The Global Risk & Compliance team is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Digital Product Management to join the Financial Crimes Products & Capabilities team and support several high-impact modernization initiatives. In this role as a data product owner, you will help advance modernization of the Customer Risk Rating (CRR) engine, enhance data sourcing and integration, and transition legacy capabilities to modern, scalable platforms.

What you'll do

• Translate business needs and requirements into clearly defined product capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on data requirements, business rules, product, delivery and data decisions, balancing trade-offs, dependencies, and enterprise impact
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and support successful delivery
• Analyze data requirements, identify appropriate sources of record, and define data mapping and standardization logic
