About the role

We are seeking a strategic, Account Director to lead key relationships within the GCS (Growth Customer Sales) business at JioStar. This role is for someone who brings a strong command of the digital advertising ecosystem, can operate at a consultative level with senior clients, and consistently drives sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Agency Relationship Management : Build and nurture deep relationships with independent/network agencies that manage high-growth SMBs and regional advertisers
  • Revenue Ownership & Client Growth : Own & Drive revenue targets
