Associate Director Business Excellence

About the role

The role of an Associate Director of Payer Business Excellence is to drive the organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful service delivery for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Business Excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end complex Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross-geo projects
• Work with stakeholders (mid- to senior-level) to identify improvement opportunities and formulate problem statements
• Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects
• Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects
• Create proposals for business problems and challenges

What you need
