Associate Director, Business Operations

About the role

The Associate Director, Business Operations will lead a defined area of the Business Operations capability and the team or programme that delivers it. This is a leadership role accountable for a defined area of the capability. Business Operations keeps the Risk and Compliance function running as a function.

What you'll do

• Lead a defined area of the capability, including its people, delivery and outcomes
• Manage delivery against the capability roadmap and escalate blockers early
• Develop team capability through coaching, review and structured feedback
• Represent the area in CSO governance and cross-functional forums
• Own the operating cadence of the function, including planning cycles and governance meetings
