About the role

EQ is a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation and credit technology. What you'll do

  • Responsible for completing shareholder transactions for Lost Securities, Ownership Change, Plan DRS and Data Maintenance that have SEC deadlines and Client specific SLAs
  • Creating and indexing work items once scanned
  • Assisting with miscellaneous operations duties to meet SLA’s
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy despite complex transactions and periods of high volume

What you need

  • 3–6 yrs of experience
  • Customer service
  • Any graduate
