Associate Director - Entertainment Ad Sales, Digital, LCS

About the role

You will own strategic relationships with key advertisers and media agencies, driving digital advertising revenue with a high degree of autonomy. You will work directly with brand and agency leadership to shape integrated digital advertising solutions across JioHotstar's premium entertainment ecosystem, operating independently on complex, high-value engagements.

What you'll do

• Architect consultative, insight-led sales strategies aligned to client business and marketing objectives
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to commercial negotiations, campaign execution, and post-campaign reviews
• Collaborate with Brand Solutions, Revenue Strategy, Product, and Sales Operations teams to deliver impactful client solutions
