The Associate Director Fundraising & Partnerships will play a critical role in advancing the mission of the by leading and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives. This role involves fostering strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders while aligning the fundraising strategy with organizational goals to ensure sustainability and growth.

What you'll do

• Understand the needs of org's programs and organizational goals to design and execute an effective and diversified fundraising strategy
• Stay updated on donor trends, philanthropic opportunities, and best practices in fundraising
• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy through partnerships with CSR initiatives, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
• Work closely with program teams to develop compelling concept notes and proposals tailored to various categories of funders
• Represent org at forums, events, and meetings to establish and strengthen partnerships with donors and stakeholders

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Communication
• BBA or MBA
