About the role

This role serves as a key member of the Human Resources Consulting Group , focusing on implementing and executing HR initiatives that support business strategy. This role is responsible for delivering specialized HR projects, providing consultative support to Mid-level leader and implementing HR programs that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness across TIAA Global Capabilities in India.

What you'll do

• Execute HR initiatives aligned with short to mid-term HR strategies supporting business objectives
• Provide HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to mid-level managers
• Implement organization design changes, assist with change management initiatives, and support talent management processes
• Analyze human capital data to develop insights and recommendations for business leaders
• Adapt and implement global HR programs (Talent, DEI, Rewards, Learning, ER) to meet local needs
