Associate Director - International Tax

About the role

Please note that Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax experience is a mandatory requirement for this role. We're seeking an experienced tax professional ready to take ownership of a broad and influential global remit. As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you'll bring clarity to complexity, strengthen governance and help the business respond confidently to an increasingly dynamic regulatory environment.

What you'll do

• Lead global tax reporting and accounting activities, including tax provisions (current and deferred), IFRS tax disclosures, tax balance sheet accounts
• Oversee worldwide corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing, managing tax filing obligations, outsourced providers, transfer pricing policies
• Own Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two (GloBE) compliance, including data collection, validation, submissions, XML requirements, risk analysis
• Strengthen tax governance, controls, and indirect tax compliance by developing tax policies, procedures, risk registers, control frameworks, VAT/GST guidance
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Legal, and business teams while coaching and mentoring colleagues, managing tax authority enquiries
