Associate Director of Product

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Director – Product with 6–8 years of experience in product management, preferably across Fintech Product Growth or Consumer Product Growth . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product strategy, user behaviour, growth frameworks, and data-driven decision-making, along with the ability to drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
• Drive product growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to develop innovative product solutions
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful product execution
