Associate Director Product Management - NPI & Direct Procurement

About the role

Enterprise Systems is the backbone of GSK’s internal operations in Digital & Tech, enabling GSK Global Functions teams such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, WREF, CGA and Corporate Secretariat to run seamlessly. This team designs and delivers cutting-edge digital platforms that power critical processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise.

What you'll do

• Partner with Business Process Owners, functional leaders and users across Supply Chain NPI
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned products and capabilities, aligned to domain strategy, enterprise technology direction
• Develop outcome-based investment proposals and contribute to business cases by defining value hypotheses, costs, benefits, risks, assumptions, dependencies
• Set prioritisation guardrails for Product Owners and make roadmap trade-offs based on value, cost, urgency, launch criticality, risk, compliance, operational continuity
• Guide Product Owners and delivery teams so that epics, features and releases remain aligned to product outcomes and do not become disconnected collections of requirements
