Associate Director Sales, Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Associate Director – Sales to own the Pune and West Maharashtra BFSI market. This is a pure hunting role where you will be responsible for identifying, building, and closing enterprise opportunities with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure
• Build and execute a territory strategy for Pune and surrounding BFSI accounts
• Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts
• Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Operations, Collections, Contact Center, Digital, Technology, Customer Experience, and Business functions
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to design customer-centric AI solutions
