As an Associate Director – Solution Delivery Analytics Products at Novartis, you will lead the delivery and scaling of enterprise Data & AI products that empower better decisions, accelerate innovation, and enhance customer experiences across global markets.

What you'll do

• Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of scalable Data, Artificial Intelligence, and analytics products across global markets
• Develop advanced analytics product roadmaps spanning concept, engineering, launch, adoption, security, compliance, and business process change
• Evaluate, prototype, and scale next-generation solutions through proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and reusable frameworks
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable components across data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and integration platforms
• Drive operational excellence across enterprise platforms through automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and scalable self-service capabilities
