Associate - Field Sales

About the role

Regularly update the sales funnel in Zoho, including tracking leads and prospects, as well as noting any orders lost and updating sales statuses daily. Use the Excel dashboards as a reference and make sure not to miss. Conduct frequent site visits to key account locations to maintain a personal connection with the customer, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.

What you'll do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key account customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points
• Conduct frequent site visits to key account locations to maintain a personal connection with the customer, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns
• Arrange accurate and competitive quotations based on the client's requirements and in consultation with relevant departments (e.g., pricing, product specialists)
• Ensure that PO’S are processed accurately and efficiently, including tracking, and confirming delivery dates and managing any changes or modifications to orders
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices to key accounts and follow-up to ensure timely payment. Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues as needed
