About the role

What you'll do

• Review and process customer-related documents and records with a high degree of accuracy
• Validate information, update databases, and maintain accurate records as per process guidelines
• Research and verify information from various internal and external sources
• Identify discrepancies, perform quality checks, and take appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contacts to obtain required information when necessary
