Associate- Global HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering expert People & Culture support and managing key employee lifecycle programs within a global shared services environment. Partnering with HRBPs and business stakeholders, this role drives the effective execution of HR programs, provides guidance on complex employee matters, and ensures consistent, high-quality employee experience across all entities.

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted People & Culture resource by providing guidance on policies, programs, employee lifecycle processes, and employee inquiries
• Execute and oversee employee lifecycle activities, including workforce changes, promotions, compensation updates, employee documentation
• Manage employee cases and service requests, researching and resolving inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Benefits, Employee Relations, Immigration, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams
• Maintain the integrity of employee data and HR systems through transaction processing, audits, record maintenance, quality reviews
