About the role

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and attract talented individuals who share our commitment to our mission
• Support in creating job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
• Participate in onboarding activities to introduce new team members to our mission and culture
• Assist in the development and coordination of programs and activities that promote a positive and engaging work environment
• Serve as a resource for employees, helping to address their questions and concerns in a supportive and compassionate manner

What you need
