Associate - HRBP

About the role

The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support performance management, compliance, and people-related initiatives across business teams. The role involves partnering with managers, conducting employee connects, driving performance review processes, and ensuring smooth execution of HR programs aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support performance management processes, including probation reviews, reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Track performance milestones and ensure timely completion of review processes
• Partner with managers to gather feedback and maintain performance documentation
• Conduct regular employee connects and check-ins
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and documentation requirements

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• Excel
• Any graduate
