Associate – Invoice Data Management

About the role

The India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre (F&L GCC) is an integral part of ACT’s Global Fuels & Logistics Team, and the Logistics Associate – Invoice Data Management will be a key player on this team that will help support with billing tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries and grow F&L globally at ACT.

What you'll do

• Accurately input and manage invoice data in accounting systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial records
• Maintain organized records of all invoices, supporting documentation, and correspondence
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Assist in preparing reports related to invoice processing
