Associate, Legal and Compliance Technology

About the role

This role will design, build, and support technology solutions that enable key compliance workflows and controls across the firm. The position reports to a New York-based Engineering Lead and will work closely with global stakeholders, product and engineering partners, and external vendors as needed.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and support technology solutions that enable key compliance workflows and controls across the firm
• Serve as a Pega technical expert—contributing to solution architecture, configuration standards, reusable components, and platform best practices
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, identity/access controls, logging, traceability, and records/evidence retention
• Contribute to ongoing platform modernization and efficiency efforts, including automation and tooling improvements where appropriate

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
